From Humble Beginnings
As a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of four, life was always busy—but creativity still found its way in. One of my favorite outlets became designing fun, memorable cakes for my children's birthdays. What started as a labor of love for my own family soon caught the attention of friends and neighbors, who began asking me to create cakes for their celebrations too.
In May of 2011, Little Taste of Heaven was born. What began as a small home-based cake business has grown into something truly special. Over the years, we've expanded our menu to include not only custom cakes, but also cupcakes, cake pops, decorated cookies, gingerbread creations, and a variety of other sweet treats.
We've also grown to include Wholesome Home Bakes—a line of wholesome, made-from-scratch baked goods like breads, buns, muffins, and other comfort classics made with quality ingredients and lots of love.
At Little Taste of Heaven, we believe great desserts start with great ingredients. Everything is made from scratch using real butter, real eggs, pure vanilla, and quality chocolate. We never use preservatives or artificial fillers. Each creation is handcrafted with care, whether it's a simple batch of cupcakes or an elaborate custom cake.
In May of 2025, we proudly celebrated 14 years in business—and we're so grateful for every customer, every order, and every celebration we've been a part of. Thank you for letting us add a little sweetness to your special moments!
